Fitness Fest
Start the day with Pre-Festival ConVal Walk for Wellness, hosted by the ConVal School District Wellness Committee. This is a family-friendly 5K walk for all ages and abilities and kicks off the Monadnock Wellness Festival. Registration starts at the Community Center at 7:30 AM with a 8:00 AM start time. You can sign up in advance at your local school or at the SAU office. There will be free raffle prizes and surprises along the course!
