John Therriault from Monadnock Beekeepers’ Association

John Therriault retired in Keene NH after a career in high tech with IBM, Lockheed Martin and Danaher.  He began to garden and noticed the lack of honeybees.  This led him to research honeybees and pollinators that in turn led to beekeeping.   He keeps bees in 5 differnt kinds of hives, captures swarms and removes honeybees from buildings.  He is the President of the Monadnock Beekeepers' Association and an alternate member of the Keene Conservation Commission.
