Sculpture New Hampshire Cornerstone

$525.00 Raised   •   2 Donors

Over the past several months the concept of creating an outdoor sculpture trail in the Monadnock Region has been taking shape. Building on the visit last July by Michael Manjarris, enthusiastic support has been building to enhance the cultural diversity of our area by installing these works of art from Peterborough to Dublin to Keene and Walpole.

More recently, a sculpture by noted artist Boaz Vaadia has been secured through the efforts of Michael, to be installed in downtown Peterborough. Ba’al and Yidhaq has been offered on a renewable one-year lease by the estate of Vaadia, and we expect the installation to begin this Spring.

To secure the success of this cornerstone project, a Sculpture New Hampshire fund has been established by the Grand Monadnock Rotary Foundation, a 501(c) 3 organization. To date we have raised about 95 % of the $6,400 necessary to transport this sculpture from Brooklyn, NY and install it in downtown Peterborough.
